  • Class D felony
  • Possible imprisonment up to 7 years

Grand larceny in the second degree:

  • Class C felony
  • Possible jail time up to 15 years

Grand larceny in the first degree:

  • Stolen property valued at $1 million
  • Class B felony
  • Possibility of up to 25 years of imprisonment
